Population health re-phased budget: FOI release

In the Emergency Budget Review, the Scottish Government states it is reprioritising £13m by rephasing a commitment to double investment in sport, specifically " Re-phasing of commitment to double investment in sport, reprioritisation of health improvement spending. Please set out exactly what within the population health budget has been re-phased, at what value, and how much has been reprioritised from health improvement, at what value? Please break this down by individual budgets or projects.
