Information requested

Under Freedom of Information legislation I would be grateful to receive all correspondence relating to the updated Ministerial engagements, travel and gifts: October 2017 publication published on 6th March 2023.

Response

Ministerial engagements, travel and gifts received are proactively published in line with the Scottish Ministerial Code. On occasion we require to update the published information, in this case to update the status of a gift received by a Minister.

Correspondence relating to the amendment is attached at Annex A. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section(s) s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why that exemption(s) applies are explained below.
