I enclose a copy of some of the information you have requested – a letter from Clare Haughey MSP, then Minister for Children and Young People, to Mr Cole-Hamilton dated 7 March 2023. This was not captured under the terms of your original request as it is not correspondence between the Scottish Government Children's Hearing Unit and Alex Cole-Hamilton MSP or Children’s Hearings Scotland.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested regarding a response or responses to Mr Jackson’s email of 4 November. This may be because no responses were issued, or because it was responded to by phone call as requested by Mr Jackson.
