I enclose redacted copies of the two data sharing agreements between Transport Scotland and Police Scotland.
Data Sharing Agreement One relates to the table below which shows the requests received by month for the past 5 years. All requests that were rejected were on the basis that it was outwith the scope of the agreement.

We do not hold the statistics detailed above for Information Sharing Agreement Two as this agreement is designed to facilitate the real time 24/7 streaming of data in the categories mentioned therein and does not involve subsequent case by case requests from Police Scotland to Transport Scotland.
