Minutes, agendas and circulated papers for all meetings of the Headteacher Recruitment and Retention Working Group (HTRRWG) from March 2022 to present.
Response
I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested - see below for caveats to this. For ease of reading I have split the data into six separate documents, each pertaining to one of the six meetings of HTRRWG that have occurred since March 2022. In the case of PDF or Excel files, I have attached these separately for formatting reasons. You will find the relevant meeting date in the filename.
Caveats
Item 5 on the agenda of the 9 May 2023 meeting refers to "AHDS Workload Survey – Overview of 2023 Responses (paper 4)" - this paper was originally circulated in error and was neither tabled nor discussed at the meeting. Therefore it has not been included in the 9 May 2023 document. Item 5 on the agenda of the 7 February 2023 meeting refers to "AOB - Letter to SNCT'. This letter was a draft that never issued. It is, however, within scope for this enquiry and has therefore been included in the respective document.
Exemptions
An exemption under section 38(1)(b) - Third party personal data - of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. Papers within a few of the documents list full names and workplaces of school teachers and non-senior Scottish Government employees. These have been redacted for their privacy.
