Any recorded information held by the Scottish Government’s ASN/GIRFEC policy officials from 01 January 2024 – present that relates specifically to Highland Council or NHS Highland, limited to the items below:
1. Any concerns, issues, or risks recorded about:
delivery of GIRFEC in the Highland region multi-agency coordination for children with neurodevelopmental needs delays or failure in delivering Additional Support Needs (ASN) support
2. Any correspondence (emails, briefings, or letters) between Scottish Government officials and:
Highland Council, or NHS Highland
regarding GIRFEC implementation or ASN service delivery.
3. Any summaries, notes, or reports (internal or external) that mention:
risks to children arising from delays in ND assessment concerns about alignment between NDAS/CAMHS and educational support system pressures affecting Highland’s GIRFEC compliance
