New Qualifications Body delivery board: FOI release
Information requested
Copies of all correspondence in 2023 to date between Mike Baxter, chair of the New Qualifications Body delivery board, and Clare Hicks, director of education reform at the Scottish Government, in which there has been discussion of the timetable for the process towards establishing a new qualifications body.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections, 30(b)(i) - the free and frank provision of advice and 29(1)(a) - formulation or development of Scottish Government policy of FOISA applies to that information. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in the Annex to this letter.
