Information requested

1. The full briefing that the First Minister received for her appearance before the Public Audit Committee on 4 November 2022. This should include all the documents that the First Minister took into the committee room for her appearance.

2. All meetings that the First Minister held in advance of her appearance before the Public Audit Committee on 4 November 2022. Please list any minutes of these meetings, documents that were circulated at or in advance of these meetings and the attendees of those meetings.

3. Whether any external companies were paid to prepare the First Minister in any way for her appearance before the Public Audit Committee on 4 November 2022. Please list any company that was paid for the purposes of preparing the First Minister for this appearance and how much the company was paid.

Response

I attach a copy of all of the information you requested in question number 1, attached as Annex A. The answer to your question number 2 is a nil response as no such meetings took place. The answer to your question number 3 is a nil response as no external companies involved in preparing the First Minister for her appearance at PAC on 4 November.
