In the governments statement on Bond issuance, they state that Scotland has a better credit rating than ‘other major industrial nations’. Which nations were chosen for this comparator?

Response

The Scottish Government used Spain, Italy and Japan as specific comparators. There are many others and these are available on Moody's and Standard & Poors websites.
