Information on the total amounts received under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 for the financial years 2017/18, 2018/19, 2019/20 and 2021/22.

I attach the information in the format you requested. With regards to the total amounts of monies received under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 for the financial years noted above, the table below shows these dis-aggregated as criminal confiscations; and as asset recovery and cash forfeiture under civil proceedings. Since 2019/20, remittance under civil proceedings have been further dis-aggregated to include amounts recovered under Account Freezing Orders and Listed Assets, following commencement of the Criminal Finances Act 2017.
