Advise on the following questions for the period 1st April 2022 - 31st March 2023: 1. What is the total recruitment budget for this period? 2. Who is the senior responsible officer/board member(s) responsible for dispensing this budget? 3. What is the organisational structure within your recruitment and HR teams at the Water Services Regulation Authority? If this is outside the scope of the FOIA, or if the time required to answer the full request exceeds the limit specified, please answer what you can and advise and assist on the best way to uncover the remaining information.

1. What is the total recruitment budget for this period? 1. The Scottish Government recommend that section 12 FOISA - the £600 cost limit - is applied in this instance as we are unable to retrieve information based on each Directorate being responsible for their own budget. Therefore the cost on this would be in excess of the £600 limit. 2. Who is the senior responsible officer/board member(s) responsible for dispensing this budget? 2. Budget Centre liaison Officers (BCLO) for each Directorate. 3. What is the organisational structure within your recruitment and HR teams at the Water Services Regulation Authority? 3.The Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) is a non-ministerial government department and regulates the water sector in England and Wales.
