1. Who is your social media management and monitoring tool supplier? Sprout Social is our current supplier for social media management. We do not utilise a social media monitoring tool. 2. Start date & duration of framework/contract with the supplier. The contract commenced with our social media manager on 01 April 2022 for a 1 year duration and ends on 31 March 2023. 3. Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date. The spend on this contract from 01 April 2022 to 01 November 2022 is £10,233.82 excluding VAT. 4. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract? Outside of procurement, Alastair MacPhail, Interim Deputy Director Strategy, Change, Data & Engagement, is responsible for this contract via the Strategic Communications team within Social Security Scotland.
