1.) The costs of overtime worked by Marine Scotland employees in 2020-21, 2021-22 and so far in 2022-23. 2.) For any overtime hours detailed how many of these hours in each year did employees receive payment for and/or how many hours did they receive no compensation for?

1.) The costs of overtime worked by Marine Scotland employees in 2020-21, 2021-22 and so far in 2022-23. The table below details the costs of overtime worked by Marine Scotland employees for the financial years 2020-21, 2021-22 and 2022-23 to October 2022.
Financial Year Cost of overtime 2020-21 £499,717.31 2021-22 £529,862.46 2022-23 to Oct 2022 £355,295.56
2.) For any overtime hours detailed how many of these hours in each year did employees receive payment for and/or how many hours did they receive no compensation for? All staff who work overtime are compensated, either through payment or time off in lieu. We do not hold specific records of time off in lieu.
