1. How many officers in the following categories are employed (either full time or on a seconded basis) by either Scottish Government or Education Scotland, as part of the Scottish Attainment Challenge:
1. Senior/Regional Managers. 2. Attainment Advisors. 3. Development Officers. 4. Admin support.

Response
1. How many officers in the following categories are employed (either full time or on a seconded basis) by either Scottish Government or Education Scotland, as part of the Scottish Attainment Challenge:
As at 11 July, we have 28 permanent Attainment Advisors, two Seconded Attainment Advisors and two vacancies.
We do not have any Senior/Regional Managers or any Development Officers but we do have one Education Officer.
2. How many officers in the following categories are employed (either full time or on a seconded basis) by either Scottish Government or Education Scotland, as part of the Regional Improvement Collaboratives.
We have based our answers on the Regional Improvement Directorate as Regional Improvement Collaboratives are our Local Authorities.

The cost of employing officers who are part of the Scottish Attainment Challenge is £3.297m.
4. What is the cost of employing officers who are part of the Regional Improvement Collaboratives?
The cost within the Regional Directorate is £961K.
