SME Liquidity Loan: FOI release

You asked whether all the outstanding monies of this loan have been repaid in full to the Scottish Government and if not, what measures are in place/being undertaken to recover these funds.
Response
The answer to your question is the SME Liquidity Loan has not been fully repaid. All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure the debt is recovered. Scottish Government’s interest has been registered with the Provisional Liquidator.
