Payment 1 £9,500 Preparation of paper 'Overview of enterprise development policy & agencies in small advanced economies', as part of 'Analytical Support for the Scottish Government Review of Enterprise Development and Skills Agencies'; including presentations via conference call and in-person in Edinburgh (July — September 2016).

12 Month Subscription to Landfall Strategy Group Small Economy Insight Services; period from I January 2018 to 31 December 2018: Fortnightly Insight Notes' with observations and commentary on global issues from a small economy perspective. Monthly economic updates, which use higher frequency data from across the small advanced economies group. Regular (5-6 pieces a year) comparative small economy research on various economic policy issues. Quarterly small advanced economies tracker, describing small economy economic performance and benchmarking against small and large economy comparators, with associated economic and policy commentary. Annual 'state of the small advanced economies' document providing comprehensive benchmarking (1004 Exhibits) of small advanced economies, with associated economic and policy commentary. Monthly phone calls and quarterly in person meetings to discuss issues that have been identified in the cross-country work as well as specific policy issues that have been nominated as being of particular interest/relevance to Scotland.
Payment 3 £,5000 Preparation of report ('Small economy policy responses to Covid19: implications for Scotland'), and accompanying discussions.
