1. How much money has Transport Scotland/Scottish Government spent on non-disclosure agreements with employees of Ferguson Marine since they nationalised it?
2. How many NDA's have been handed out, and when?
Response
1. Neither Scottish Government, nor Transport Scotland has entered any stand alone non-disclosure agreements with employees of FM(PG)L since nationalisation.
2. The Scottish Government has not required any employees to sign stand-alone non-disclosure agreements.
