The number of personal data breaches reported by Scottish Government 1 April 2018 and now: 2018 – 3 2019 – 4 2020 – 3 2021 – 1 2022 – 1 If you require information about the number of breaches reported to the Information Commissioner by other organisations you should make a Freedom of Information request directly to them. This reply only provides information in regards to breaches reported to the ICO by the Scottish Government.
