Correspondence regarding the Perth Innovation Highway: EIR release

1. Copies of all correspondence, emails, notes of meetings and discussions that have taken place between any department or employee of the Scottish Government and Perth & Kinross Council and/or the Trustees of the John Dewar Lamberkin Trust (the current owners of the land on which the Perth Innovation Highway is to be built), Stantec (the Project agents acting on behalf of the said Trust), or any other agents and consultants acting on their behalf, in connection with the Tay Cities Deal funding for the Perth Innovation Highway and the draft Outline Business Case relating to it. 2. Copies of all correspondence, emails, notes of meetings and discussions that have taken place between any department of the Scottish Government and Perth & Kinross Council and/or the Trustees of the John Dewar Lamberkin Trust, Stantec, or any other agents and consultants acting on their behalf, in relation to the works to be carried out relating to the Perth Innovation Highway and when those works are likely to begin and complete. 3. Copies of all correspondence, emails, notes of meetings and discussions that have taken place between any department of the Scottish Government and Perth & Kinross Council and/or the Trustees of the John Dewar Lamberkin Trust, Stantec, or any other agents and consultants acting on their behalf, in relation to the ownership and control.
