Information requested

"To ask the Ministers how many FOI requested information in the past four years contained the wording:

'smokefree site littered with cigarette butts' 'smoking biggest preventable cause of death' ".

Response

The answer to your question is that there were two FOI requests and one request for review received by the Scottish Government during this period which contained the phrase 'smokefree site littered with cigarette butts'. There were no FOI requests received during this period with the phrase 'smoking biggest preventable cause of death', however, there was one request received containing a similar phrase: 'smoking related preventable cause of death'.
