Timescales for the repair of access road to site 6 Almondbank: EIR release
Information requested
1. Please could advise me of the timescale and conditions for meeting obligations/requirements to repair of the access road to Site 6, Almondbank. 2. What happens if the TDSFB/TRT do not meeting the obligations/requirements to repair the road.
Response
1. The Tay District Salmon Fisheries Board has until February 2023 to repair the access road to Site 6, Almondbank. 2. If the Tay District Salmon Fisheries Board do not repair the access road to Site 6, Almondbank by February 2023, they must repay the back rent accrued during their tenancy to Scottish Government. If this occurs, the Tay District Salmon Fisheries Board will still be liable for the road repairs. Scottish Government no longer have any liability to repair the road following the sale of the site.
