A list of emergency regulations made by Scottish Ministers using the “made affirmative procedure" since 1 March 2020. Including the following information:

date the regulation was made date approved (or rejected) by parliament date/s the regulation came into force date/s the regulation ends title of regulation main outcomes sought by the regulation whether the regulation eased or restricted previous measures areas of public life impacted by the regulation (eg restricting travel from/to Scotland; travel restrictions within Scotland; business opening restrictions; planning and transport acts related; changes to judicial procedures and police powers, etc)
