Information requested

You asked for a breakdown by local authority for the past three years showing - 1. The number of charging sessions delivered. 2. The total kWh delivered. 3. The amount of revenue collected from these charge sessions.

ChargePlace Scotland data requested above is published annually in the Scottish Transport Statistics and be accessed following the link - Chapter 13: Environment and Emissions (transport.gov.scot), table 13.11 and 13.12 relate to your enquiry. New information is published annually and will be available to view February 2022. An exception under regulation 11(2) of the EIRs (personal information) applies to some of the information requested because it is personal data of a third party and disclosing it would contravene the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation and in section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018. 3. You may wish to contact the Local Authority who should be able to provide this information under an FOI/EIR as it is personal to them. You may also wish to check the Local Authority website incase this is a piece of information they have already published. If you seek this information from non Local Authority charge point owners, please note that some private businesses are not subject to FOI.
