We have interpreted “During the calendar year the longest wait time for a response…” to mean 'Of all the responses issued to request/review in 2021, which have the longest wait'. Therefore, we have included information on the longest wait times for request/review responded to under FOISA in 2021, even if the request or review request was made in a previous year. Please note that the days are FOISA working days incorporating any/all public holidays, and are timed from the date the request was received. 1. Of all the responses issued to a request in 2021, the longest wait was 361 days. I can confirm that the request was not subject to a subsequent request for review or any appeal submission to the Scottish Information Commissioner (OSIC). The response to this request is published on the Scottish Government website at the following link - https://www.gov.scot/publications/foi-202000034205/. 2. Of all the responses issued to a request for review in 2021, the longest wait was 318 days. I can confirm that the review was not subject to a request for appeal submission to the Scottish Information Commissioner (OSIC).
