While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some the information you have requested because an exemption under section 17(1) Information not held, of FOISA applies to that information. The reason why this exemptions applies is set out in the Annex to this letter. The information we do hold in relation to your request is the number of Edinburgh-Glasgow trains which have met the Public-Performance-Measure (PPM) (arrived within five minutes). This information is provided by ScotRail to Transport Scotland as part of standard reporting requirements:-
