All of the recorded agendas, minutes and presentations (e.g. Powerpoint presentations) and action steps that were given at and recorded after the Wednesday 1 September 2021 Meeting between Prof Jason Leitch, National Clinical Director, Scottish Government and Scottish industry leaders.

Attached is a copy of the information requested, namely the note of the meeting that was recorded. For clarity, please find below definitions of a number of acronyms which appear in the enclosed meeting note. CERG – Covid-19 Education Recovery Group CMO – Chief Medical Officer DFM – Deputy First Minister EIAG – Events Industry Advisory Group FM – First Minister LFT – Lateral Flow Test NCD – National Clinical Director SG – Scottish Government In this instance we are unable to provide some of the information contained within the release, specifically the names of individuals from outside the Scottish Government attending the meeting, as section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal information) applies to that information. However, you will note the names of the organisations remain, and this information has also been provided to you separately under a previous FOISA request (ref 202100237856).
