Please provide the recorded names of the organisations that participated in the meeting held with Prof Jason Leitch (National Clinical Director, Scottish Government) with participants in the football, retail, sport, entertainment and any other industries that was held on or around Wednesday 1st September 2021 and which must have involved discussions on “COVID certification" i.e. the so called “COVID passports".
