I can confirm, Bill Reeve, Director of Rail, Transport Scotland has been involved in the following academic research survey interviews with Professor Iain Docherty and another individual, whose name can not be released under Section 40(2) – Personal information.
Details of survey interviews between Professor Iain Docherty and Bill Reeve Date Time Venue 04/12/2020 14:00 – 15:00 Virtual – teams meeting call 25/05/2021 10:00 – 11:00 Virtual – teams meeting call
The purpose of the survey interviews was to discuss the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on transport operations and travel patterns.At these survey interviews Bill Reeve was asked a series of questions as part of what is understood to have been a series of academic research interviews with a number of parties.
After undertaking a search for any related documents to the survey interviews, I can confirm that Transport Scotland does not hold any pre meeting briefing (s), agendas, minutes or notes, and/or any documents with post meeting action points.
By way of further background, I can confirm that since March 2020, no meetings have taken place between Bill Reeve, Director of Rail and Abellio ScotRail regarding the public release of Professor Iain Docherty’s report.
