Each quarterly report compiled by Deloitte and delivered to the Scottish Government around the Lochaber guarantee from September 2016 to the date of this request.

I attach a copy of some of the information you have requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections s.30(b)(ii) Free and frank exchange of views for the purposes of deliberation and s.33(1)(b) Commercial Interests and the Economy of FOISA applies to that information.
