Information requested

1) Please send me all policy documents which inform/ govern/ guide the way your organisation handles media requests and the publication of information. Please include all such documents which mention the Scottish Government, ministers or Scottish Government departments. 2) Please also send me any emails. minutes, memos and documents which update that policy or affect the way it is implemented which have been sent from the Scottish Government to your organisation or from your organisation to the Scottish Government since January 1 2020.

Response

1. Please find in the attached Annex, a policy document you have requested. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. However, for ease I have included a link to the publication scheme on the Education Scotland website: https://education.gov.scot/education-scotland/who-we-are/policies-and-information/freedom-of-information-publicationscheme/ 2. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Education Scotland does not hold any communications with the Scottish Government that you have requested. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Education Scotland does not have the information you have requested, which updates the policy or affect the way it is implemented.
