Please provide me with copies of any submissions made by the RICS in support of this proposed policy, or such relevant predecessor policies, and in particular: 1. Those which refer to the Conflict Avoidance Pledge, a pan-industry group addressing the prevalence of disputes within the construction sector. 2. Those which refer or promote the Conflict Avoidance Process, a separate commercial register or product promoted by the RICS. 3. Any reference the RICS may have made to either the Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS) or Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in respect of either (i) or (ii) above.
