School materials created or endorsed by Stonewall, Mermaids, Time for Inclusive Education: FOI release

In reference to nursery, primary and secondary schools: 1. Whether your organisation has assessed or recommended for use in schools materials created, or endorsed by, the following organisations:
Stonewall - https://www.stonewall.org.uk/ Mermaids - Homepage - Mermaids (mermaidsuk.org.uk) TIE - Time for Inclusive Education (TIE) 2. Whether Education Scotland has paid money, or made donations to, these organisations. If so, specify amounts.

Please see the attached annex to this letter that will provide you with the information regarding materials from Stonewall and TIE that were recommended for use in nursery, primary and secondary schools. Education Scotland has not assessed or recommended for use in schools materials created, or endorsed by, Mermaids. There have been two payments made to Stonewall Equity Ltd for attendance at conferences. These are payments for services and not donations as follows:
Conference attendance – 26 June 2015 £120.00 Conference attendance – 18 November 2016 £240.00
