You will note our response contains only 38 companies. A duplicate entry was contained in our previous FOI: 202100176786 relating to serial 19. Serials 36, 37 & 38 do not contain a reference number. There are no legal obligations on our buyers to publish a contract notice under £50k therefore these entries do not feature on Public Contracts Scotland and we are unable to reference them. Where there is no value attributed the contractor has been appointed to a newly established framework. No spend has yet been committed.
