1. I can advise that the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme, Warmer Homes Scotland, commenced on 1 September 2015. 2. The Minister for Local Government, Housing and Planning has overall responsibility for the Scottish Government’s national fuel poverty scheme.
