Information requested

1. How much money the Scottish government has paid each individual advisor from the covid-19 advisory group since March 2020-January 2021 for the work they have done for the covid-19 advisory group.

2. When the last time membership to the covid-19 advisory group was reviewed.

Response

1. Membership of the Covid-19 Advisory Group is voluntary and members receive no payment. Where members of the group are employed by the Scottish Government, such as the Chief Medical Officer, they receive no additional payment in respect of the work they do for the group.

2. Membership of the Covid-19 Advisory Group is reviewed from time to time; most recently when Professor Nick Hopkins and Dr Audrey MacDougall were added as members.
