Information requested
We formally request the information listed below in relation to the Scottish Governments current Framework for the Provision of Interim IT Staff Services and Provision of Interim Professional Staff Services. 1. Total spend for each public body between Apr 2019 – Mar 2020 & Apr 2020 – June 2020 and to which agency (including agencies who are now no longer on the framework) for both Frameworks.

Attached is some the information you requested in the attached Excel spreadsheet. Some of the information you have requested has already been provided to you in our response to your request referenced: FoI/2020/00106059. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. The information provided in the response reference FoI/2020/00106059 was in relation to the current framework agreements. The information in Annex A is in relation to the previous framework agreements. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have Management Information for Spring Technologies for the full timeframes requested.
