'Power Up Scotland' publication correspondence and discussions: FOI release

1. Whether any briefings, memos or other material was produced by civil servants for Ministers and/or special advisors on the Scottish Conservative publication entitled ‘Power Up Scotland’ published on 1 September 2020 here: Power-up-Scotland-Aug-2020-1.pdf (scottishconservatives.com) - please provide copies of these materials where they exist.

Response
A short, factual statement was provided to the Minister for Business, Fair Work and Skills within his briefing pack in advance of his appearance before the Economy, Energy and Fair Work Committee on 6 October 2020 regarding the Scottish Government's response to Covid-19:
"31 August – The Scottish Conservatives published an economic plan, with a focus on transport and infrastructure investment, a call for a fully integrated transport system, and faster rail links between Glasgow and Edinburgh and Aberdeen and Inverness connections with the central belt to better-connect businesses and boost productivity. It includes creation of a “Scottish Dynamo”, providing investment to Scottish infrastructure and a joint investment vehicle between the Scottish and UK governments to expand the investment created by city and growth deals."
No other briefings, memos or other materials were produced by civil servants for Ministers and/or Special Advisors regarding the Power Up Scotland publication. There are no further details of meetings or emails between civil servants, Ministers, and/or Special Advisors where this publication was discussed.
