All recorded correspondence between the Cabinet Secretary For Rural Economy (Fergus Ewing) and any other organisations relating to Amendment 21 in the name of Colin Smyth of Stage 3 of the Agriculture Bill. The amendment called for a purpose clause and was debated in the chamber on Wednesday the 26th of August this year.
