Glasgow City Council homelessness services correspondence: FOI release
Information requested
i) Further to the Housing Minister's response to Parliamentary Question S5W-27567, from Johann Lamont MSP, I would like to be provided with the 'comprehensive progress update' on Glasgow City Council's homelessness services which Mr Stewart requested from Councillor Mhairi Hunter in an email on January 15 2020;
ii) The agenda and minutes of the meeting between Kevin Stewart and Cllr Hunter, according to the response to Question S5W-27567, held on 24 March 2020. If this meeting was rearranged due to the Coronavirus pandemic, I would like the agenda and minutes from whenever that meeting was subsequently held.
Response
i) Further to the Housing Minister's response to Parliamentary Question S5W-27567, from Johann Lamont MSP, I would like to be provided with the 'comprehensive progress update' on Glasgow City Council's homelessness services which Mr Stewart requested from Councillor Mhairi Hunter in an email on January 15 2020;
i) The update provided by Glasgow City Council was verbal and is recorded in the Scottish Government officials note of the meeting (please see response to request ii) below). This verbal update was provided following a change to the proposed agenda of the meeting on 24th March to focus on the response to COVID-19.
ii) The agenda and minutes of the meeting between Kevin Stewart and Cllr Hunter, according to the response to Question S5W-27567, held on 24 March 2020. If this meeting was rearranged due tothe Coronavirus pandemic, I would like the agenda and minutes from whenever that meeting was subsequently held.
ii) Attached is:
a) the original agenda for the meeting. b) an e-mail from the Minister for Local Government, Housing and Planning Private Office to Councillor Hunter about the agenda for the meeting on 24th March. c) Scottish Government officials notes of the meeting. These notes were handwritten at the time and have been transcribed electronically using the notes taken on the 24th March.
