"A copy of any summary or description provided to Ministers by Scottish Government civil servants of the responses to the consultation undertaken in 2019 on the Gender Representation on Public Boards (Scotland) Act 2018, including any summary of the content of the report from the external analysis of responses, and any summary of the issues raised by consultees and any assessment made of these".

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption under section 38(1) (b) of FOISA applies. This is because this is personal information, relating to employees of the Scottish Government.
