Information requested

The following information relating to this ITT - https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:377623-2014:TEXT:EN:HTML - published in 2014, for Public Pensions Administration Software. If possible, can you please provide details of any associated docs. related to the tender, for instance, any clarification questions from the bidders and responses to these questions from SPPA. If allowed, it would be great to see which bidders made each clarification question, though if this isn't possible, keeping the questions/answers anonymised is completely fine. Also, is it possible to inform me of who were the bidders for the contract? I understand Capita won the contract but was curious to see who else bid for the work. Again, if not possible no problem - the main goal of this FOI is to uncover associated documents/clarification questions regarding the ITT.
