"All information communicated to the Scottish Government on action taken following allegations of bullying or inappropriate behaviour from members of staff at St Mary's Kenmure secure unit in Glasgow in April 2020. This should include details of the consequential changes to management personnel notified to you, though I am content that you inform me of the post involved, and not necessarily the person's name"
