“All correspondence, emails, letters etc you have between Jim McColl (the Clyde Bowers man) with these people – nicola sturgeon, alex salmond, derek mackay. The time is from 1 March 2014 to the end of December 2015”.

We have identified information within the scope of your request which is detailed in Annex A to this letter. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because the undernoted exemptions of FOISA apply:-

Section 30(b)(i) - free and frank provision of advice Section 30(b)(ii) - free and frank exchange of views for the purposes of deliberation Section 33 (1)(b) - commercial interests Section 38(1)(b) - personal data relating to third party
