Response
In response to your first request, for a copy of the business model/proposal from Kibble regarding Interventions for Vulnerable Youth (IVY), I enclose a copy of the grant application submitted by Kibble to the Scottish Government, outlining their proposal for the delivery of the IVY project in 2020. Turning to your second request, for confirmation of the amount of Scottish Government money awarded to Kibble, I can confirm that the sum awarded to Kibble for the financial year 2020-21, for the delivery of the IVY service, is: £306,166, as detailed in the aforementioned grant application by Kibble. Finally, you requested copies of all electronic, written and other communications regarding the TUPE process, proposed service model, anything relating to you personally and and/or the role that you had as clinical lead, and a copy of the contract. An exemption under section 38(1)(a) (personal information) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested, namely any data relating to you personally and a copy of the contract. I understand that colleagues in the Scottish Government Data Protection and Information Asset Team have responded to these points under a Subject Access Request (SAR). With regard to your request for communications regarding the TUPE process and proposed service model, I enclose copies of correspondence and notes covering the TUPE process, and an extract from the IVY grant agreement between Kibble and the Scottish Government which outlines the delivery of IVY.
