Affordable Homes Supply Programme delivery of homes: FOI release
Information requested
"Since the beginning of the Affordable Homes Supply Programme in 2016, how many homes have been delivered specifically for: a) disabled people b) older people Broken down by financial years (2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20) and by whether the home is a refurbishment, new build and/or otherwise."

I enclose the information you requested. The table below shows the figures of completed Homes for Particular Needs from April 2016 to end December 2019.

The figures for Older People includes any home with the Client Type of Older People, apart from, those with Wheelchair as Provision Type. These are included in Disabled People.
The figures for Disabled People includes any home with the Client Type of Physical/Sensory Disablement or Wheelchair User, and/or, any home with the Provision Type of Wheelchair. This includes homes with Older People as the Client Type. These figures may differ to published figures in our Affordable Housing Supply Programme (AHSP) Outturn reports. The AHSP is a fluid programme with constant historic reviews and updates. We regularly review our quarterly figures to provide the most accurate position. The figures above are representative of these historic changes and any project updates on our HARP system, the system used to store information about our housing programmes.
