1. In the last 24 months have you attempted to implement any of the following technologies? If so, which ones? - Automation - such as RPA, machine learning, chatbots - Wearables - VR - AR - Drones - Tablets - Apps 2. In the last 24 months, have you been able to decommission any legacy systems as a result of the successful implementation of new technologies?

Response

We have not deployed or attempted to deploy any of the listed technologies in the past 24 months. A small number of tablets have been issued to staff where this supports their role. We have not de-commissioned any legacy systems as a result of introducing new technologies.
