Information requested

Fair Start Scotland Cohort Improvement Plans for all Lots.

Response

In reviewing the case I have decided that information was inappropriately redacted and that the Fair Start Scotland Cohort Improvement Plans should have retained provider names. However, any third party personal data should still be redacted under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA. This has now been applied and revised Cohort Improvement Plans are attached with this document.

In relation to this revised decision, the public interest test has been applied. Only personal data has now been redacted in line with FOISA. In sections of each plan where lead individuals were named, an absolute exemption has been applied.
