Information requested
Copies of all correspondence between the Scottish Government and the Tay District Salmon Fisheries Board and The Tay Foundation/Tay Rivers Trust regarding the hatchery and/or associated land at Site 6, Almondbank. This correspondence should include letters, emails and minutes regarding past, current and future management of Site 6 Almondbank and the obligations to maintain and repair damage to the associated access road. Copies of all correspondence between the Scottish Government and the Tay District Salmon Fisheries Board and The Tay Foundation/Tay Rivers Trust. Details of payments, dates and sums, made by the Scottish Government to the Tay District Salmon Fisheries Board or the Tay Foundation/Tay Rivers Trust. Details of all payments, include sums and dates, received by the Scottish Government for rent or other costs of Site 6, Almondbank.
