Response
I enclose a copy of the information you requested in two separate annexes, one for each city.
This information is collected from property factors who specify which local authority area they operate in, which is recently introduced functionality. Each registration lasts for 3 years, so property factors who are due to renew their registration between 31 January 2020 and the 25 January 2022, will not have specified which local authority area they operate in when they completed their current registration.
