Questions concerning property factors registered with the Scottish Government: FOI release
Information requested
You asked for the following information.
1. A list of all property factors currently registered with the Scottish Government. 2. The declared portfolio size of each registered factor at their first registration. 3. The most recent declared portfolio size for each registered factor.
Response
Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you.
In relation to your first and third requests, all of the information you have asked for is available from the register of property factors which you can find at : https://www.propertyfactorregister.gov.scot/PropertyFactorRegister/Search.aspx
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in relation to your second request I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested as Annex B.
In this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don’t have the information are explained in Annex A.
